Robot-assisted surgery with the da Vinci surgical system has been used in general and visceral surgery for several years. This workshop aims at colleagues who want to gain initial experience and impressions of the da Vinci surgical system and its clinical applications and are interested in further training or education.
At a total of three stations, you will receive a theoretical introduction to the technology and how to use the surgical system; The theoretical basics learned can be put into practice directly at other stations on the system itself or with simulators under the guidance and assistance of professional trainers.
- 1st station: da Vinci system introduction, 15 minutes
- 2nd station: SimNow simulator training, 30 minutes
- 3rd station: da Vinci presentation, 10–15 minutes
